He will be teaming with Honda Japan's leading rider, Takumi Takahashi and Honda's World Superbike factory rider, Michael Van Der Mark. The team is the favorite to win the Suzuka 8hours this year. Yamaha: Pol Espargaro and Bradley SmithThe current two riders, Pol Espargaro and Bradley Smith from Monster Yamaha Tech 3 in MotoGP™ will be racing this year at Suzuka from #21 Yamaha Factory Racing Team. It is also a comeback for Yamaha with a full factory team to Suzuka. They will be teamed with Yamaha's ace rider, Katsuyuki Nakasuga, who is currently the Japanese Superbike Champion for 3 years in a row. TSR with Australian, Josh Hookes. Dominique showed speed on his first outing with Team KAGAYAMA last year, and now on a Honda, he has showed speed at the test in June. Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman Malaysia Honda's Ace Rider, Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman Azlan is back to Suzuka for the third time, again with #22 Satu HATI. Honda Team Asia, spearheaded by Makoto Tamada, Team Manager and two-time MotoGP™ winner. Currently riding for Honda Team Asia in Moto2™, it looks natural for Azlan to come back. He is no doubt one of the fastest rider in Asia. World Superbike Championship Michael Van Der Mark Michael Van Der Mark with two 8hours win on his back Michael Van Der Mark is only 22 years old. But he has already 2Suzuka 8hours win. Michael first rode at Suzuka 8hours at 20 years old. He was then racing in the World Supersport Championship, and it was his first time on a 1000cc machine, and his first time at Suzuka. However, he showed speed that would match any fast rider that year. he won the race at this first outing, and continued last year to win his 2nd title at Suzuka. He will be riding with Takumi Takahashi and Casey Stoner on the #634 Musashi Racing Team Harc-Pro, which will be aiming for their three consecutive wins at Suzuka. Alex Lowes Alex Lowes Alex Lowes will be riding for the #12 YOSHIMURA SUZUKI Shell ADVANCE team for the first time this year. Alex, who won the British Superbike Championship in 2013, moved up to the World Superbike Championship last year with Crescent Suzuki.
