Stoner unconcerned by arm pump issue

Casey Stoner is confident that he will not suffer a recurrence of the arm pump that afflicted him in Sunday's British MotoGP when the championship reconvenes in Holland next Thursday.
The Australian, who battled to fifth place after a poor start at Silverstone, admitted that he suffered from the condition on his right arm from the fifth lap of the race onwards.
But the 24-year-old says he already knows what caused it and doesn't expect it to be a problem in the future.
"I know what it is," he said. "It's basically the under-suit that I wore. I had three new ones for the weekend and they were tighter around the arms than they've been before. Big deal. We just found out after the race is all.
"With this cool weather air blowing on your arm as well as them being under pressure a bit more than usual, it had an effect. It's a silly mistake and something I didn't think about.
"I'll be fine to ride tomorrow. Arm pump is not like that. It was on my right side because there are a lot of right hand corners, and you are always picking it up to the left and it started getting sore."
Stoner said he started feeling signs of the arm pump on Friday, and admitted it came as a surprise to him because he doesn't normally suffer from it.
"All weekend I've been struggled with it, but it is the first time other than at Laguna Seca last year, when I was tired," he said. "I've never had it my life while road racing so I struggled around with it today."
