Apple CarPlay :

When an iPhone is paired with the Ride Play 5 via bluetooth, CarPlay compatible apps on the iPhone (allowed in the iPhone>Settings tab) can mirror to the Ride Play 5. Supported apps include GPS mapping (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Sygic etc.) and music playback (Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music etc) SMS, Messaging (Whatsapp, Telegram etc) and phone calling.

Also hands-free operation is available with voice commands.

 

Android Auto :

When an Android Auto supported device is paired with the Ride Play 5 Display via bluetooth, android auto compatible apps on the Android device (allowed in the Settings tab) can mirror to the Ride Play 5. Supported apps include GPS mapping (Google Maps, Waze, Sygic etc.) and music playback (Spotify, Youtube Music etc) SMS, Messaging (Whatsapp, Telegram etc) and phone calling.

Also hands-free operation is available with voice commands.

Da li ovo radi samo ako je telefon povezan na uređaj ili je moguće aplikacije instalirati na uređaj?

Ima svoj sistem ali navigacija pise da ide samo preko AA ili Carplay.

 

Svakako je sistem (kakav god da je) lošji od AA i CP sigurno, jedino što se mora napajanje za telefon rešiti u tom slučaju, ali bar ne mora telefonom kablom na ovo čudo..

Jel postoji neki sličan android uređaj gde se željene aplikacija instaliraju direktno na uređaj?

Po meni je sistem osakaćen obavezom da se telefon povezuje.

Bilo koja Android navigacija, bilo je na KP nekih relativno pristojnih.

 

Ovde je prednost sto ce mnogo duze (u teoriji "neograniceno" ako je uredjaj kvalitetan) da radi kao i prvog dana, jer se ne koristi nista od njegovih komponenti sem ekrana, sam sistem je mnogo bolje dizajniran i optimizovan za koriscenje u/na vozilima, brzi je, koristi internet sa telefona pa moze live navigacija lakse nego na zasebnim uredjajima.. u ovom slucaju kad ima wireless podrsku, ne bi me mrzelo da provucem kabl do tank torbe ili jednostavno powerbank.

Nisam stigao duže da je testiram, ovako na prvu radi sve kako je napisano.

@Skittles, da li nosac uredjaja ima pozadi 4 rupe za srafove i ako ima da li znas na kom su razmaku? 

I da li se vreme na uredjaju svaki put resetuje kad ga skines sa napajanja?

@lencuga tako je, 4 šrafa.

Ne znam za dimenzije, potrudiću se da se setim sledeći put kad sam kod motora  

Resetuje se vreme, nema bateriju nikakvu.

Ali se relativno brzo sam nakači na carplay, oko 30 sekundi, bez da pipnem telefon ili monitor, pa nije ni bitno.

Uključim motor, sam se pali, do prvog semafora se i poveže sve bez diranja.

 

Da dodam i neke utiske posle malo korišćenja.

 

Ono šta me brinulo, a posle i nerviralo - to što insistira da komunikaciju povežem na ovaj uređaj, a onda uređaj na telefon je u praksi loša stvar.

Muzika gubi na kvalitetu i glasnoći, u razgovoru me mnogo slabije čuju, sporije odgovara na komande sa komunikacije...

 

Postoji lek!

 

Prvo upalim komunikaciju da se poveže, pa tek onda motor, i nema problema, radi komunikacija kao i pre.

Monitor je samo to onda - monitor.

Ne meša se u zvuk.

 

Dovoljno je jak da se vidi i po sunčanom danu, i preglednije nego telefon za navigaciju.

 

Ima poentu samo na nekim iole dužim turama, ako se ide putevima koje ne znaš napamet, inače ga ne stavljam, samo distrakcija i gubljenje vremena za montažu i demontažu.

 

Prednost u odnosu na navigaciju - google maps, ažurno, live saobraćaj i sve ostalo šta ide sa internetom.

 

Mana u odnosu na navigaciju - bez telefona (baterije i interneta ili offline skinutih mapa) moš ga baciš.

 

Sve u svemu za te pare je bombona.

Mene je izašao oko 130-140€ zaboravio sam tačnu cifru.

@Skittles, nasao sam neke zamerke korisnika kod zumiranja gugl mapa na samom uredjaju, ne znam da li je isti uredjaj kao sto ti imas. Da li si primetio to?

Uglavnom i ne zumiram, tj ne dodirujem ekran uopšte.

Drugačije radi carplay nego sam ios.

Drugačiji interfejs, drugačije se ponaša, drugačije opcije.

Nepotrebno su zakomplikovali u cilju ograničavanja koliko možeš da petljaš oko toga, valjda u cilju bezbednosti, da gledaš na put a ne u ekran.

Ne znam sada napamet, ali da, mislim da je veoma retardirano sve oko kontrole mapsa na carplay, ali mislim da to nema veze sa ovim uređajem nego sa samim sistemom.

Ja svakako podesim celu rutu ili segment na telefonu i samo pustim da preuzme uređaj kad se poveže.
