In short, the team is to be taken over by former NASCAR driver Justin Marks, and the Trackhouse Entertainment Group, and offshoot of Marks' Trackhouse Racing team. With Miguel Oliveira and Raul Fernandez under contract to Aprilia, the team was always going to continue in some form. The riders will remain, but who, if any, of the rest of the team will stay is completely unknown.
