U Hondi kažu da je asimetričan pneumatik bio jedina opcija za njih, Kal kaže da je morao da koristi asimetričan pneumatik jer je na testu u Martu "pojeo" ekstra meki p.

MM, Pol E. i Kal su koristili nove asimetrične prednje pneumatike. VR46, 99 i Bredli su koristili prednje eksta meke.
