Mislim da će Rossi biti na petom mestu. Ispred njega će biti Stoner, Lorenzo, Pedrosa i Spies. Ako kojim slučajem bude na šestom mestu, mislim da će ispred njega pored nabrojanih vozača biti i Dovizioso.

To crank, ovde možeš videti vremena po krugu. U 12 krugu Stoner pretiče Pedrosu, razlika samo 0.201, a već u 13 krugu razlika između ove dvojice iznosi 1.307. Inače, u tom 13 krugu Stoner pravi najbrži krug trke 1'55.366.

Mnogo puta je u stranim medijima bilo pominjano da je Casey brz na Ducatiu upravo zbog toga - vozi sa smanjenom elektronikom za razliku od ostalih Ducatievih vozača. Setite se kako mu taj Ducati 'leteo na sve strane' po stazi, što sada sa Valentinovim Ducatiem nije slučaj. You always use less electronics than most of the other riders, so can you explain exactly what did happen? Casey Stoner: No, we definitely didn't switch them off. I mean, if I switched them off, my electronics guy would have an absolute heart attack! He wouldn't let me do it. So, no, we didn't switch them off, but we always have them at quite a low level, anyway, so we just turned them down. In the race I really had to take it easy, because we knew that tire consumption and fuel consumption is an issue, so I wasn't able to really push as much as I wanted to. We knew we had some reserve anyway, you know. We spent that whole race just being, just preserving basically, preserving tires, make sure I didn't make any mistakes, and preserving fuel. MM: The other question is, it seems like you are sliding both tires during the race, especially going over the Lukey Heights and down into MG. Is this still the most efficient way to actually slide the front up over there? CS: Basically, it is just because it goes uphill so steep and then it just flattens out really quickly, so basically it just carries you over to the right. A lot of people will back it off as you're coming over that section and keep it, but it has never been dangerous to me. It has always just flowed over there. MM: Right. And is it because of the flow of that corner that you can sort of push wide and then put it in the right place for MG. CS: MG, if you are going from the outside to the inside, there is a bump anyway. So for me, I go out and make sure I stay on the inside of the track and turn it in.

FIM je objavio kompletan pravilnik za Moto3. Evo ključnih detalja: 1.1 4-stroke reciprocating piston engines only. 1.2 Engine capacity: maximum 250cc. 1.3 Single cylinder only. 1.4 Maximum bore size: 81mm. Oval pistons are not permitted (refer to Art. 2.3.1 of the FIM Grand Prix Regulations). 1.5 Engines must be normally aspirated. No turbo-charging, no super-charging. 1.6 Crankshaft speed limited to maximum: 14,000 rpm.* 1.7 Maximum of 1 ignition driver.* 1.8 Pneumatic and/or hydraulic valve systems are not permitted. 1.9 Valve timing system drive must be by one chain. An intermediate drive gear which rotates on only one axle or rotation centre is allowed in the system (refer to ANNEX1 for some examples of permitted systems). 1.10 Variable valve timing and/or variable valve lift systems are not permitted. 1.11 The engine is defined as the complete engine including intake system (throttle body, injectors), and one complete transmission. 1.12 The maximum price of the engine must not exceed 12,000 Euros. No optional parts or service contracts may be used to circumvent this price limit. 1.13 Each engine manufacturer must undertake to supply sufficient engines and spare parts to supply 15 riders per season, if requested. 1.14 Each engine manufacturer must submit a spare parts price and lead-time list for the season for approval by the Organiser, and may not charge more than these published prices. Approval is based on the prices and lead-times being in line with current market norms for these parts and technologies. 2.3 Fuel injectors must be located upstream of the engine intake valves. 2.4 Maximum of 2 fuel injectors and 2 independent fuel injector drivers.* 2.5 Fuel pressure must not exceed 5.0 bar. 3.1 Variable length exhaust systems are not permitted. 3.2 No moving parts (e.g. valves, baffles) are allowed in the exhaust system. 3.3 Noise tests will be according to Article 2.14 of the FIM Grand Prix Regulations. Test rpm: 5,500. Maximum permitted noise level: 115 dB/A. 4.1 A maximum of 6 gearbox speeds is permitted. 6.1 Chassis must be a prototype, the design and construction of which is free within the constraints of the FIM Grand Prix Technical Regulations. 6.2 Minimum total weight of Motorcycle + Rider: 148kg 6.3 Brake discs must be made from ferrous materials. 6.4 Suspension systems must be of a conventional, mechanical type. Active and semi-active suspension systems and/or electronic control of any aspect of the suspension and ride height is not permitted. Springing must be by means of coil springs made of ferrous materials. 7.1 The materials permitted for wheel construction are Magnesium and Aluminium alloys. 7.2 The only permitted wheel rim sizes are: Front, 2.50” x 17” Rear, 3.50” x 17”

Rizla Suzuki tim je na svaki mogući način probao da pronađe zamenu za Alvara Bautustu koji je slomio tokom slobodnog treninga u petak ali nažalost nije uspeo u toj nameri. Prva pomisao je bio amerikanac John Hopkins, koji je ove sezone i najavljen kao Bautistina zamena u slučaju povrede, ali je ta ideja brzo pala u vodu zbog toga što se John vratio kući u San Diego i bilo je fizički neizvodljivo da se vrati u Katar na vreme za kvalifikacije. Sledeće dve opcije su bili vozači Moto2 klase, MZ-ov Anthony West i Aleix Espargaro koji vozi za HP Pons tim, koji su imali skorašnjeg iskustva na mašinama od 800cc i Bridgestone gumama. Espargaro je odbio ponudu zbog šampionskih ambicija, a West nije dobio dozvolu od menadžera MZ tima Martina Wimmera. Za sada se pouzdano zna da će John Hopkins menjati Bautistu na Jerezu ali je veliko pitanje šta će biti posle te runde. Naredna runda se vozi u Portugaliji, na stazi Estoril, i to baš u vreme kada Hopkins ima drugu rundu BSB šampionata koja se vozi na Oulton Parku.

Uzeo sam taj paket, međutim, mene je izašao nešto jeftinije jer sam kupio prošlogodišnji pa sam imao određeni popust.

Slažem se Aćimom. Ja sam ludeo zbog toga što nisam mogao da gledam. Jedni ne prenose sve, drugima reklame traju deset minuta...To crank mi je pojasnio šta dobijam pretplatom i od tada sam redovan kupac i time sam rešio sve probleme. Jeste da je možda skupo, ne kažem, ali zato pored direktnih prenosa možeš gledati bilo koju trku iz arhive tj. od 1992 pa na ovamo kada god hoćeš, možeš videti sve intervjue vozača i ostalih članova tima, specijalan materijal, itd...

Evo jedne interesantne informacije. Izvr. potpredsednik HRC-a, Shuhei Nakamoto, je otkrio da Hiroshi Aoyama, uprkos ostavrenom šestom najboljem vremenu na ovom testiranju, nije bio na fabričkom motociklu kao i da nije koristio 'famozni' novi prenos. Mnogo ljudi je smatralo da postoji mogućnost da je Aoyama na fabričkom motociklu, naročito posle odličnih rezulata u predsezonskom periodu i izjave Fausta Gresinia koji je rekao da ove godine ima potpuno fabrički tim, ali izgleda da to nije slučaj.
