Za vikend sam pricao za painkillerom, i pricali smo o zameni ulja. Spomenuo sam kako mi se godinama desi da cim zamenim ulje postaje crno brzo. Ne koristim one pizdarije za ispiranje motora i slicno. Menjam na 5000km i pre, ali 2 godine. Motor ne trosi ulje, svecice odlicne boje, sve radi ok... Onda smo komentarisali da nije do samog agregata zbog lanaca itd... pa na kraju i jeste do agregata-barem je tako odgovorio -fog- , bogotac ex500 modela. Ako on kaze onda je tako . I dobio sam sledeci odgovor (mozda jos nekom posluzi): Unlike your friends Honda ,your EX suffers from combustion blow by due to it's flimsy thin walled cylinder liners, which are all out of round and tapered. They all get this way on the trip home from the dealership the day they were purchased.
The cause is the EX was enlarged from the EN 454 cc cruiser buy boring and stroking. this caused the wet cylinder liners to have too thin walls to maintain sufficient roundness, they distort in the first test cycle. Many other things move too, the head warps and the cylinders distort.
This isn't a major problem until the engine is taken apart. Then it comes impossible to match the distorted pieces together. I call this the Humpty Dumty affect.. Read my notes on "lapping the head"
Thus with out of round tapered bores the rings are presented with the impossible job of sealing the combustion gasses. thus the pass by and contaminate your oil turning it black.
