Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing you to complain about the inconvenience I have experienced with your employees in Teletrade Ltd. Belgrade, Serbia.
As a keen motorcyclist I have had the chance to use your products quite often in the past and have always been truly satisfied with them. Being from Serbia, I have always purchased your products abroad as it was the case this time as well. So, two months ago I purchased two helmets N-102 with additional N-com mobile, N-com intercom and basic kits in Euro Motor, Budapest, Hungary who were exceptionally polite and agile and now I am back in Serbia.
Using both helmets and accessories frequently and having a problem with N-com mobile cable, which had a buzzing sound, I tried to fix the problem with your distributors in Serbia. They arrogantly tried to explain me that the problem was with the batteries and Bluetooth equipment that I did not even use!
The other problem is that one of the helmets has got scratched on the side by ascending and descending movement of the visor of the helmet. The employees in Teletrade Ltd., Belgrade, Serbia tried to persuade me that the scratching is the result of a bug, that by the way no body found, that got stuck in between the flip up mechanism, which is, to my knowledge and knowing the quality of your products, a complete nonsense and since the Serbian employees find this only amusing and funny my last resort was to write you this e-mail.
Being also one of the founders of BJ Bikers, the biggest motor forum in Serbia and Montenegro, and having insight into problems other bikers also have with Teletrade Ltd., I am hoping you can help us resolve this situation.
