1. Foundation of Visual Education, the main organizer of the Festival is responsible for:

a) preparing the exhibition space and technical conditions

b) accommodation during the opening days of the Festival

c) promotion and publications about the exhibition (catalogue, posters, media etc.)

d) institutional help in finding grants or sponsorship for the show and travel costs

2. Photographers who would like to participate in the Grand Prix Programme 2009 should send the detailed description of individual or group exhibition which consists of:

a) filled-in application form

b) all digital images from the exhibition

3. Works should be sent before the end of 15 of Dec. 2008.

4. Application form and images should be sent:

a) by e-mail - grandprix@fotofestiwal.com

All graphic files in JPEG format (low resolution), all in one email not more than 5 MB

b) by regular mail

CD or DVD with works and filled-in application form - address below:

5. Information about projects that will qualify for the Festival, will be announced at our website ( www.fotofestiwal.com ) until the 30 th of December 2008.
